Cat-Cow Pose
Cat-Cow Pose is the best morning stretch, especially for your back as this yoga position helps in opening the whole spine after having a good sleep. For performing this yoga pose, all you need to do is to get down on all fours.
While looking up at the ceiling, drop your back down in the direction of the floor, while inhaling a deep breath. After that look down at your belly button, and arch your back up like a cat, while exhaling out the breath. After waking up, you should try to do this movement for one or two minutes.
Laying Double Leg Twist
To get this yoga pose, you have to bring your knees over your hips, shins parallel to the bed, after that put your arms out wide and then drop your knees very slowly to one side, while looking over the opposite shoulder.
